1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PhyFun. By accessing or using phyfun.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to every visitor and every game session, whether you drop in for five minutes or spend an hour chasing a high score.

PhyFun also publishes mobile games on the iOS App Store. Those apps are governed by the App Store's standard End User Licence Agreement — the Terms below apply specifically to phyfun.com.

2. What PhyFun Offers

PhyFun is a free, browser-based collection of physics games. Categories describe gameplay styles such as Puzzle, Action, Car, Shooting, Sports, and Strategy, but public catalog listings are restricted to games in the reviewed physics whitelist. You do not need to register an account or install software to play. Games load either from our own servers or as embedded iframes from licensed third-party game distribution networks. The Site, its selection, layout, editorial text, category pages, and original content are owned by PhyFun.

3. Permitted Use

You may use PhyFun for personal, non-commercial entertainment. While using the Site you agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site or the servers that host it.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to harvest game data, thumbnails, or any other content beyond what is allowed by standard search-engine indexing and our robots.txt file.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Site's source code or design.
  • Use PhyFun in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
  • Submit manipulated like/dislike votes, spam, or fraudulent interaction data.

4. Intellectual Property

The PhyFun name, logo, site design, category descriptions, editorial write-ups, and original written content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may link to PhyFun freely, but you may not copy, reproduce, or republish our original text without permission.

Most games embedded on PhyFun remain the property of their respective developers and publishers. We display them under the terms of the relevant game distribution networks. Titles made by PhyFun are developed and owned by PhyFun directly. If you are a rights holder and believe a third-party game is embedded on PhyFun without authorization, please contact us using the Contact page and we will review and remove the game promptly.

5. Third-Party Content and Links

PhyFun displays advertising and embeds games from external providers. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it. Your use of any third-party game, link, or advertisement is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

6. No Warranties

PhyFun is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep the Site fast, secure, and up to date, but we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every game will always load correctly. Game availability may change when third-party providers update or remove titles.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhyFun and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total cumulative liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid to use PhyFun — which, because the Site is free, is zero.

8. Children

PhyFun is designed to be family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents and guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to PhyFun should contact us so we can remove it. Some games in categories such as Zombie or Shooting may contain mild cartoon violence — parents should use their own judgement for younger players.

9. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may add, remove, or change games, categories, and features at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts with appropriate jurisdiction over that location.
